Firstly apologies for the delay in reply as | have been on leave. Following your surgery the biopsies which were undertaken at the time of the laparoscopy, one of which has revealed evidence of endometriosis. This is an interesting finding as the rest of the pelvis at the time of laparoscopy appeared to be reasonable healthy. | would suggest that you be reviewed by the Endometriosis / Pelvic Pain Team for further discussion regarding management of your symptoms. You should expect to hear from the Team fairly shortly for an appointment in clinic.
