letter to GP

 James stuart morris

35 archer road
B98 8dn

On behalf of emma jane goode my English common law wife who has given me authority to act on her behalf regarding her health…

Please keep a copy on emmas file and for future reference…

Emma emailed wed 16th june 2021 with 17tradamol left and was refused prescription saying the hospital would prescribe her…

((it is our fault you didn’t know how many tablets she had as she did not tell you so sorry for that))

I hereby supply you a copy of the hospital literature for you to counterclaim should you wish to do so. It is not emmas responsibility to be held to account regarding this matter, but if you wish to continue to do so, I will gladly act in a more formal capacity regarding emmas condition, and will more than likely seek legal action and recourse, if you continue to hold my English common law partner emma to account regarding an nhs decision supplied to you now upon receipt of this and in writing for your reference…

Again, if you wish to continue this matter with emma, please tell your lawyers immediately, and inform emma immediately that we need to seek legal representation as well as good council of which I will most definitely be playing my part…

Thursday emma emailed you again, and sorry again she didn’t tell you how many tablets she had left, but we had no feedback whatsoever, and so we remained patient…

Friday now 18june 2021 exactly 13.02 as I write this emma just been for another final blood test, ready for Monday, sadly in severe chronic debilitating pain, just taken another tablet and she has 8 left and on average that will run out by Saturday morning. You have now been duly informed and are fully aware of the facts!!!

So, Can somebody please guarantee me at the surgery to get a prescription done by the end of today and text emma to let her know it has been done.

Failure to do so will result in an imminent Freedom of Information Request regarding all internal correspondence including notes minutes and discussion between all members of staff on the government payroll, and next I will personally seek independent legal advice…

In the goodly godly spirit of much love and light I now wish you all well, and await your respone immediately while I am there, or wherever my creator wishes me to be… stu…
