Dear Emma

I'm just writing to give you some information that you need to get your body ready for surgery in the weeks beforehand. I'm sure you are feeling a little nervous about it but please be reassured we have a really good team here ready to look after you

We would also like you to follow a ‘low residue diet’ for the 3 days prior to your bowel prep to help cleanse your bowel. | have enclosed an information leaflet so that you know which foods to avoid and which are ok to eat, please use this to avoid confusion.

(text read error - please open pdf)

| do hope this has been helpful but please do feel free to call or email me with any query you may have regarding this or your surgery.

Yours sincerely:
