You have been given a new date for your procedure and we need to update your MRSA
screen and possible blood tests
You have had a telephone assessment and we need to see you to complete the relevant tests
This appointment may include your Covid swab 3 days before your procedure
You have been contacted to pick up some treatment before your procedure can go ahead

Prior to your appointment your NHS Summary Care Record (SCR) will be available to view by the hospital staff involved in your care, unless you have opted out of having an SCR. Your SCR contains information from your GP record about your medications, allergies and any reactions to medicines. If you do not want ourstaff to access your SCR please notify the pre-operative assessment team on the number listed.
